Last Call for Submissions for the Forum at IDFA

Last call for entry for the FORUM 2006

The FORUM is Europe's largest annual gathering of television commissioning editors and independent documentary producers, held alongside the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA). From 27th - 29th November 2006, the world's leading documentary professionals will again meet in Amsterdam to discuss new projects and ideas, raise international financing and set-up international co-productions.

There is only one week left to get your projects in. Please submit your projects using the online entry form. Deadline: Friday 1st September 2006.
 
Before the creation of the FORUM in 1993, commissioning editors, producers and filmmakers rarely met face-to-face to discuss new projects. Since then the market has expanded and secured international co-financing for ground-breaking documentaries from all over the world. To sustain our high level of service and learn more about the needs of documentary professionals, IDFA has conducted a satisfaction survey among participants of The FORUM 2005. A summary of the survey results can be found on the IDFA website www.idfa.nl.
