Deadline for proposals for Independence in 3 Minutes Extended

DFG Films brings you INDEPENDENCE IN 3 MINUTES, a new and exciting scheme developing links between the UK and Indian documentary film industries. Indian filmmakers are invited to submit proposals for a 3 minute documentary on the theme of Indian independence. If selected they will receive support and advice in pitching and producing their short film which will go on to be broadcast both in India and the UK. We are looking for strong, contemporary and original 3 minute film ideas, from all over India. The films must be themed around India’s Independence from the United Kingdom.

The deadline for application of proposals has now been extended to Monday 28th August 2006.
