Call for Entries - FIFO Tahiti

The fifth Pacific International Documentary Film Festival of Tahiti (FIFO Tahiti) will take place at the ‘Maison de la Culture' (Te Fare Tauhiti Nui) in Papeete, the capital of French Polynesia from 29th January to 2nd February 2008.

This event is open to all filmmakers who have produced a documentary on the Pacific within the last three years (please also refer to the regulations). These productions should address Pacific social, economic, ethnological, wildlife etc. issues. Short and feature length documentaries are accepted, and should be submitted in their original language, with English or French subtitling as appropriate. There is no fee to enter the festival.

The closing date for entries is 15 October 2007 (see entry form).

An international Jury will award the Jury Grand Prize and two special prizes. There will also be an Audience Prize. All the awards include a cash prize.
