The early submission deadline is Sept. 15, 2007. No entry fee is required for any submission postmarked on or before that date.
The regular deadline is Dec. 25, 2007. Here the entry fee is US $25, except for entries from Scandinavian and Baltic countries, in which case the entry fee is waived.
