The Skip City International D-Cinema Festival is an international competitive festival, which is held annually since 2004 with the theme being Digital Cinema (D-Cinema). The Festival aims to discover the talent of the next generation, as well as contributing to the propagation and development of new film industry.
This Festival is a combination of movie entertainment and creations from the cutting edge of digital technologies from around the world. In the Competition sections (International Feature and Domestic Short Length), cash reward totaling up to USD150,000 will be given to the winners.
Besides the competition sections, Special program, Special screening, and D-Contens Market and some events will be held during the festival. All the movies will be presented using the latest 4K digital cinema projector, projected on a huge screen.
