Films must simply be shorter than 12 minutes (not including credit running times) and may only be entered in one category, but may have screened elsewhere prior to their entry in this festival. Films that are longer that 12 minutes will automatically be considered for the out-of-competition programme.
Work must have been completed between 1st January 2007 and 25th April 2008. Entries may be Beta, Digi or SP, but if one of these is not available on submission it can be sent at a later date.
