Ismailia International Festival for Documentary & Short Films

The Ismailia International Film Festival for documentary and short films takes place every year in Ismailia (Egypt) to promote an intercultural dialogue for a deeper understanding of others by presenting their creative works to the audience and to encourage filmmakers of documentary and short films. The Festival organizes encounters and debates between filmmakers and the audience, journalists and professionals.

Submission Guidelines
Films must have been produced in 2007 or 2008; formats accepted are 35 mm, SP and digital betacam [pal/secam] and DVD. Films should be subtitled in English. Entries must be accompanied by preview tape on VHS or DVD; the term "for cultural & non-commercial screening must be clearly written on the package.
