DOXA Documentary Film and Video Festival

DOXA is an annual, six-day, international documentary film and video festival presented by the Documentary Media Society, a non-profit society comprised of film and video makers, curators, and cultural workeres devoted to presenting independent and innovative documentaries. The society exists to educate the public about documentary film as an art form, through DOXA - a curated and juried festival, public screenings, workshops, panel discussions, public forums and master classes.

DOXA screens recently completed documentary films and videos in all lengths, styles and formats.

Awards are given for best feature, best short, and most innovative Canadian documentary.

Entries are accepted between October and December each year.
