Brisbane International Film Festival

Presented annually by the Pacific Film and Television Commission, the Festival provides a focus for film culture in Queensland by showcasing the best and most interesting world cinema. Screening nearly 300 films, the diverse programme of this non-competitive festival includes features, documentaries, retrospectives, shorts, experimental work, animation, video and more. Best known for its features including The Usual Suspects and In America.

Submission Guidelines
Films must not have been screened previously in Brisbane and must not have appeared on Austrailian television. Films must be on 16mm or 35mm although experimental work and documentaries may be on video. Films in other languages must be subtitled in English.
