Synopsis:

A film about free speech in Russa - or rather the lack thereof. Director Paul Jenkins investigates the murder of two local newspaper editors in the town of Togliatti, an industrial town far outside Moscow, who tried to take on the powerful figures of a new Russia. He also looks at a newspaper in Moscow that is trying to maintain an independent, critical voice in an increasingly dangerous environment.
