Synopsis:

Director Pavel Louguine meets the residents of an enormous skyscraper in Moscow, built by German prisoners to house the Communist elite and now a piece of valuable real estate inhabited by their descendents and a large number of vermin.

The film is an off-beat portrait of the quirky side of Russian culture, housed in this pet project of Stalin himself.
