This film was born out of a sense of hopelessness caused by no money, no work and no confidence. Aspiring filmmaker Darren Hercher had been on the dole for a year and a half and saw no future in the career he had dreamed of, until he came up with the only idea that was possible in his predicament. After borrowing a camera he collected his giro and asked a complete stranger to send him to somewhere special, then set off on a journey that was to reveal and change much more than he ever imagined.
