Synopsis:

Matt and Sarah seemed to have it all; a loving marriage, high flying jobs and a new baby. However, Matt was living a lie and after ten years together, confessed to his unsuspecting wife that he was gay. My Husband's Secret Life, a one hour documentary for ITV1, tells four moving stories of shattered marital bliss as man and wife cope when he comes out.

There is the wife still reeling from her husband's confession, the exes now resigned to divorce, and the couple who stay living together with their daughter, best friends if no longer husband and wife. With moving personal testimony from both the wives and husbands, the film explores the lives of ordinary people living through an extraordinary crisis.
