Synopsis:
Kirsty Howard was born with her heart back to front; four years ago, doctors gave her six months to live. Now, Kirsty is nine and campaigning to raise £5 million for Francis House children's hospice in Manchester, in order to ensure its survival.
This film interweaves the fundraising campaign with stories of families supported by the hospice, offering a warm, sometimes funny and sometimes sad insight into lives where the nearness of death means that life must be lived to the full.
