Synopsis:

Combining testimony from those close to Anne Frank, including Otto, her father (and the only surviving member of her family) and Miep Gies, Otto's employee who risked everything to help the family, this film charts the story and background of one of the 20th century's most inspirational figures. Narrated by Kenneth Branagh, with excerpts from Anne Frank's diary read by Glenn Close, the film also includes the only known film footage of Anne to exist, watching a wedding in 1941.

Anne Frank Remembered was completed in the summer of 1995 in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Holocaust.
