It is very rare that the lives of Iraqi women are truly uncovered since the invasion of their country. Everywoman special, based in Baghdad meets women the whose lives have been affected by the Western incursion of 2003. Exploring the real issues facing both the young and older generations who are under male oppression from both native traditions and the foreign occupation. Four very brave women provide enlightenment into the world of sectarian strife, rising violence and the climate of constant fear by sharing their stories despite the hazards that face them if recognized by their own society.
