Synopsis:

Barry, a political thinker and old hippy with a left political tendency, is director Simon Robson's friend. His area of speciality is US foreign policy. This short documentary is an uncompromising examination and criticism of US foreign policy, paying special attention to 'the project for the new American century.' The film uses animation to illustrate Barry's words, giving visual form and resonance to his dialogue.
