Synopsis:

While sited with her camera waiting for a lift in a local taxi office in Stowmarket, Suffolk, where nothing much ever happens, filmmaker Julie Moggan records all the variety of people that pass through - from old school mates, to drunken people or restless children. While they sit and wait for their taxi, they talk to Julie about their desires, disappointments and dreams.
