Synopsis:
In this in-depth documentary, journalist and film maker John
Pilger talks about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Through a
series of interviews with Palestinian and Israeli adults and
children, Pilger tells the story of how in 1948 and then again in
1967, almost a million Palestinians were forced to leave their
land. Pilger visits the families of suicide bombers and those of
their victims as well as refugee camps where children dream of
death. Pilger tries to find out why Palestinians, after having the
United Nations' promise to return, were still controlled by Israel
and forced to live like refugees in their own land.
