Synopsis:

School exclusions now begin at five or younger, leaving restless children at home or on the streets. It labels them as troublemakers and can blight the rest of their lives.

If they and their parents have help early enough, the cycle of exclusion, isolation and trouble CAN be broken - saving expense and pain later on.

The filmmakers spend 10 weeks at Marlborough House Day Unit, who try to break this cycle.
